Nothing here depends on macOS. It is the product, described without the platform.

The Windows build has its stack picked and its audio path scoped. Android and Linux have nothing decided yet.
One person writes all of this. A new platform is a real trade against the app that already exists, never a parallel track.
Enough demand for one platform and it moves to the front. That is the whole decision rule.
